What are the cups made from?
The cup is made in EU with ethically sourced quality natural ingredients. Ingredients consists of: oats, water, vegetable oil and salt. No artificial flavours or preservatives are used in the manufacturing of the cups
Are they vegan?
Are they gluten free?
No, the cups are made with oat flour.
What does the cup taste like?
Like an oat cookie!
How long does the cup last with liquid?
The cup holds liquids for 40 minutes and won’t leak for up to 2 hours.
Where are they made?
Our final products are packed in HK, S.A.R with quality ingredients.

What happens to the uneaten cups?
No problem. There are heaps of alternative ways to dispose your cup.
- In the bin, it’ll break down naturally in 2-4 weeks.
- In your home compost.
- In your garden (remove chocolate brim)
- Use it as a pot to plant seeds (remove chocolate brim)
Is it good for me?
Yes, it’s not only delicious but a great snack packed with fibre and vitamin B.
What sizes are available?
Our cups come only in snack size of 110ml which is ideal for a mini treat and perfect size for smaller hands.

Where can I find your products?
All our products can be purchased online and delivered to you. Only our Cocoa Cones are available at Bookazine stores across HK.
Shipping, Orders & Refunds
All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email subject to credit clearance and address verification. Read more on our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:
- $50 for HK Island
- $100 for Kowloon & New Territories.
- For Outlying Islands we will be in touch with you for delivery arrangements.
Right now we’re only shipping direct within HK but soon we’ll be able to deliver around the world. We are able to make exceptions for high-volume deliveries so please get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do. Click here to enquire.
Checking the status of your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are considered on a case by case basis from 1 days of your delivery.
All items must be unused and in it’s original condition to qualify for the any returns/exchange or Refunds.
Absolute value of the product will be used and all shipping costs are not included.
For clarity purpose, if item value is $100, shipping $50, only $100 of the value will be considered for return/exchange or refund purpose.
Please note that all transactions are final. Refunds/Exchange will only be given in the case that the item you have ordered is out of stock. Please check your orders carefully.
If you have any issues with your order once it has arrived, please contact us immediately. Refunds for alleged 'spoiled' products will not be given if over 1 day after purchase.
CS reserves all rights for the final decision by management for the above and that all legal indemnification is granted in the event of dispute.
Is there an issue with your delivery? Were your cups damaged? Maybe we did something wrong and got your order wrong? Whatever the reason which is causing you unhappiness with your order, we will do everything in our power to resolve it.
You will be pleased to know that we will offer a credit or replacement for any faulty product, with prior approval from Cream+Sprinkle. All we ask is that you please notify us of any issues within 3 days of receipt of your order or discovery of the fault.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing funds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if appliable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the items was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send you a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
