Shipping Policy

Important Note: The delivery of your item may be delayed due to logistics reasons with regards to the coronavirus situation. We will try our best to fulfil your orders as promised. Please contact us if there is anything we can help. Thank you.
 
 

Hong Kong Orders

Enjoy free delivery for orders above HKD 600 

For orders below HKD600, a delivery cost of HKD50 is applicable; or you may opt for SF Express Freight Collect Service (S.F. StoresEF Lockers; or other Hong Kong address) and pay for the delivery fee (including remote area / residential surcharge if applicable) at the store, locker, or directly to the delivery agent. 

The usual delivery time is 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Limited delivery for Kowloon and Outlying islands. Cream and Sprinkle Ltd. will contact customer for delivery schedule after purchase.

 

Refund/Exchange Policy

We are meticulous about the the quality and freshness of our products, however if you are at all unhappy with a product upon opening it, please contact us immediately.
 

We cannot refund or replace a product that has been purchased from us / reported to be spoiled if it is more than 3 days since the purchase of the product.

It is important to store your products correctly in where applicable. 

Unless an item has been delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery we cannot take it back. Products that are delivered in good condition and have been accepted upon delivery cannot be returned as product safety may have been compromised due a break in the cold chain and cannot be resold;. 
 
Damaged products will be replaced or refunded within the next working day where possible.
 
All exchanges will be on a case basis subjected to Management approval which will be at the sole discretion of Cream + Sprinkle Limited.
